Lately I feel like HORRIBLY shit. All day long I just want to stare at the ceiling while laying in the sofa, cry, or run away to another city so that no one I know can find me. In short, I am deeply unhappy with my life, but I can’t change anything now.
It feels like I'm being put through a meat grinder.
So, what should I do? I mean, suggest something to make me feel better, what specifically helped you cope with stress, etc. (please don't suggest just walking in the fresh air, that's trivial)
