Lately I feel like HORRIBLY shit. All day long I just want to stare at the ceiling while laying in the sofa, cry, or run away to another city so that no one I know can find me. In short, I am deeply unhappy with my life, but I can’t change anything now.


It feels like I'm being put through a meat grinder.


So, what should I do? I mean, suggest something to make me feel better, what specifically helped you cope with stress, etc. (please don't suggest just walking in the fresh air, that's trivial)

It's normal to feel down sometimes, but not for too long.take some time for yourself, relax and do something you enjoy ^_^

I'm the most comforting friend and funniest in my group so if i did meet you i would kidnap you, take you to disney world and epcot and animal kingdom etc, then a water park resort, then i would take you to the store, then i would give you a hug, then return you to your house and walk away.
