This is for Windows 2000 Computers (PC/Laptops) Only so if you know and have the VM ware then this isn't applicable for you. (you know ;-) )

- You need Camstudio 2.0 something that works in windows 2000 and download that.

- Go to Control Panel - Sounds And Multimedia - Audio

        - Choose Sound Recording and Click Volume.

* Okay, here is the spot, once you open the Record Control Volume Panel, You will see the Boxes with the label on the Right Side "Select"

          - As you see that, click "Stereo Mix" Select Check Button.

Okay now Back to Camstudio 2.0.

- Click Region then Check "Full Screen"

- Click Option, Check Record audio from speakers

- Click The Open Video Options

       - Use "Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2"

       - Quality to the Lowest for best performance (Specially if you will video your gaming)
