Cant change my profile pic? Plz Help?!

So I am trying to upload a new profile pic but I am having no luck.

It says success and stuff but when I go to look it hasn't changed or anything. I have changed the size of the pic I am using like 3 times and it won't work.

Should I just like, wait and try again, or am I doin something wrong?
