Help!!! profile picture not uploading!!!

As you can see, I don't have a profile picture right now, it's because spacehey won't let me. Yes, I am following the rules (nothing inappropriate, unsafe, blah blah blah) and I still can't upload!! is this a mutual problem and it is something spacehey needs to fix? or is it something with my Wi-Fi + the way that my computer is uploading things? help!!!
