How to give out candi?

I made a bunch of bracelets but I am worried people won't understand that I'm trying to give them out. Is there a way to communicate with the uninitiated, despite the loud noise and darkness?

Personally I think if you just go up to someone, maybe wave to get their attention, and then hold out the kandi you want to gift to them that should work fine, best advice for the dark is to exaggerate your body language so for example if they ask something like "is this for me?" instead of a simple nod a few dramatic nods might make it easier to interpret in that setting.

That's all I can think of hopefully others can give more specific advice :)
