QOTD #2: What is your favorite video game? [closed]

probably SA2 since, well, it has shadow and chao garden on it

i have a veryyyyy soft spot for the lunime gacha studio game series since even though they arent perfect and their fanbase had basically left a mark on the internet and on how we describe silly cliche romance tropes online... i cant even bring myself to call it a guilty pleasure since i had a 4-year long special interest for it and for the entirety of my middle school years and large period of my teenage life those games were so precious to me despite everyone else and it taught me a lot about writing and art and how i view the world in general... and because of that i consider to be my all-time fav series of games even if im not into it anymore due to outside factors (:

currently though the game ive liked the most lately is probably like tomodachi life since ive always loved more casual games and character customization and im very fascinated by all the regional differences in the variations of the game... (: also i like intentionally trying to match-make my favorite ships

Mine is def Pokémon Shield, I loved everything about it and it's just the best pokemon game for me, also Pokémon ultra sun was great 

Okayyy so I'm pretty inconsistent plus have different favs for different genres BUT i have to choose undertale here. I got into it back in 2019-2020 and it left a big impression on me. It was the first game i actually played instead of watching playthroughs and i just can't explain that happy feeling i felt when i first got the true pacifist ending. I LOVED it and still do.

it's probably still TF2.

sonic adventure 2 literally reset my brain chemistry.

I change my favorite game each while, but by now my favorite game is Sonic Unleashed. I've always liked Sonic and the werewolf concept so it blew my 7 year old brain when I discovered the game lol

i don’t have time to type a lot but i love undertale so much

mine is definetly fnaf world, i like to replay the game from time to time and do the endings all over again, i just love it. i also enjoy playing Sonic Battle a lot!

Also Klonoa: Door to Phantomile, its literally SO TRAGIC (no spoilers :3 this game is best going in blind), as well as just having really fun gameplay! Klonoa in general is such an underrated franchise and pretty old, so if youre fine with getting games through "legal" means, I literally could not recommend this enough!!!
