been trying to relive the nostalgia of myspace/friendster days by editing my profile. In fairness to this app I don't feel depressed by following people who are more successful than I am.

Yeah, that's what I've been seeing. I know having a retro interface can lead to some inconveniences like this, but I thing it would be great to add those functions and still keeping the charm of an old website. That would make it easier to act as a social network and serve as an alternative to all the apps and new internet

hi :) elder millennial here and found it via my online music friends Davvn and from following Trashmob who posts throwback scene fashion and makeup/hair content. I wish I had some tips but i'm literally trying to join more groups here too after forgetting it exists after initially signing up 2 years ago. I re-discovered it only this week. i do not want this platform to fail like bebo did. I miss old myspace so much. I wouldn't have been here if wasn't for all my myspace friends. Some of which I am still connected with to this very day even though we live in different countries. I had very small amount of friends I could call true friends in Highschool and my online friends were my safe space to vent, enjoy self expression and creativity etc. I love that this site is a thing and hope it saves other young people in it from self harm and the rough parts of growing into your best self like it helped me and my friends and hope to make friends here with other people who graduated or dropped out of highschool between 2007-2012 who are early 90s babies like me and will have similar pop culture memories and fandoms/sub culture trends etc :)
