In all honesty, if you want to read socialist litterature but from a poc's pov, I would also recommend new books on feminism, since they preach a lot of the same values! I have a couple of good ones if you're interested

There is a demecratic Socialism group on Spacehey, currently it has very few members but I think eventually it could become a resource if more people who are interested or knowledgable in the field join :)

One of my favorite African-American voices for Socialism was Fred Hampton.

He was strong willed, forward thinking, and most importantly: Revolutionary.

Here's a speech collection of his: Link

And here's a great, short transcript of his: Link

Fred Hampton was a victim of white supremacy. A victim of American racism. But he died like he said he was going to die: As a revolutionary.

The Worker's News has a lot of articles going over current socialist movements in places like India, the Philippines, and Peru that are really good.

https://theworker.news/category/theory/

This is their page with theory, and it has a lot of articles translated directly from communist parties in non-Western countries. there site has lots of interesting stuff that doesn't just focus on a western perspective I highly recommend exploring some of there stuff.
