I just got a new computer, The MSI Katana 15 and I want to change the backlighting colors for the keyboard. I looked up a few online tutorials and they said to go to the MSI deck thing and download the module, which I did. Unfortunately it still wouldn't open or load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but that didn't work either. I'm super bad at computers and have done my fair share of troubleshooting but I can't figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the mystic light software? From my understanding its very buggy. Try running as an administrator if you havent already

It is! I restarted the whole computer and it finally worked! If anyone else is having this problem I would suggest making sure everything is updated (even if you just got the laptop) and then restarting it. It should work then, at least it did for me. :3
