So I have been annoyed by a stupid ghost or I don't know what it is but he calls me all the time with my mother's voice when she's not at home, the last time I heard him knocking on my door he used my voice thinking I would come out (he's stupid...). He's been bothering me since I was 11 so... I'm used to these things, from time to time he throws me off some things in the room or turns off my lights intermittently, I'm kinda tired of this... what can I do to make him leave?

seems pretty wild lol, I couldn't imagine dealing with that for years. If it was a skinwalker, according to legend you'd be dead, probably just a ghost. Especially if its interacting with things in ur house. I'm christian, so I suggest getting a priest to check out and bless your house, do smudging with sage, daily prayer and whatnot. Salt barriers, if it persists then I really cant help you. Lighting candles would traditionally repel skinwalkers as that's their one weakness, as well as finding their true name.
