i'm luke, 18 and have been lifting since age 15.
i was really inconsistent early on and would take month-long hiatuses, so i probably have around two years of consistent lifting experience.
my bench pr is 225. my deadlift is 315 but i've never actually trained it. i don't squat. i'm 150 lbs. i don't know my bf% but i have visible abs, i'd guess ~14%.
