Editing photos to look like Y2K digital camera quality

I think there's some magic in photos that were taken in the early 2000s. The over-exposed photos with cool tones really gave them a dream-like look that really scratches my nostalgia itch. 

So what I've done is that I've edited some photos I took using my Samsung S23 Ultra to look like they were shot from an old digital camera (circa. 1998-2004).
