Unfortunately, shipping is usually always expensive! It still depends on how much your order. Taobao is a place with a lot of great sellers and popular brands (Infanta, Diamond Honey and so on.) but to use it, you must go through an agent! There are a lot of tutorials but that's when shipping can cost a lot. People also use resellers, 42lolita is a great one. If you don't mind paying more for your articles, you can check directly popular japanese brands like Angelic Pretty or BTSSB. Secondhand websites will help you a lot: Lace Market, Wunderwelt...since you're European, you might be able to use Vinted (careful with the dresses, make sure they're legit). It's all about searching and being patient. If you have any question, feel free to ask!
