In my opinion, Sonic R has a really good soundtrack, Shadow the Hedgehog too!
But if I were to choose between these two, I would def choose Sonic R.

HARDEST QUESTION IN MY LIFEEE, but I think I'll go with Sonic Heroes. I enjoyed every song in the game and it has a lot of bangers like Hang Castle, Seaside Hill, Ocean Palace, Grand Metropolis and Casino Park. I think it's the best part of the game and that's kinda sad since the game could be my favorite one but it's slippery asf.

also i wish that the 06 character theme songs were their own things bc i js enjoy those and not much of the rest of the cd
