It's kinda hard to choose one but for me, but I think that my favorite Sonic character is Shadow. I always liked his more obscure than other characters design and edgy (as some would call it lol) personality that contrasted with the sillier old characters. Also, he's my favorite character since the first Sonic game I owned was Shadow The Hedgehog for the Playstation 2 and I had a blast playing his levels for the first time on Sonic Adventure 2.

As much as I have some gripes with Sa2 I can't deny That Sa2 sonic goes so hard

I actually have so many favorite characters but I think I'll say Tails ( sorry Shadow ), I was such a big fan of tails when I was 5 and when I got my first Sonic game ( Sonic Boom shattered Crystal ) I was so so happy I could play as Tails.. That's why I chose him as my favorite character, he was my first fav character ( and still is ) and I LOVE foxes
