idrk why am i posting this but

i remember when my social anxiety was SO BAD to the point any interaction w people i didnt know would stress the shi out of me like LITERALLY

I would shake for x minutes after writing the shortest comment on tiktok or wtv NOT EVEN SPEAKING OF TEXTING SOMEONE CUZ THAT WAS A WHOLE NEW LEVEL (i felt like i was about to die)

omg you know wattpad? once a girl posted on my timeline smth like "i love how your profile looks!!" and i couldnt even respond to that cuz of the stress

thank god it got better with time cuz i genuinely dont know how i survived at the time (i still get nervous when someone im not close w comes up to me at school for example but seriously its WAY better)

like i said at the beginning i dont really know why am i posting this but maybe someones in the same shi like i was and im just sayin itll get better you just need to try talking to others as much as possible
