ive been using customtube 2008 but it looks weird (it shows the sidebar with home, shorts, subs, etc, and the top buttons override the search bar)

V3 and StarTube. CustomTube apparently got discontinued in the spring and the same maker of it moved onto Startube (which does require V3). However, the 2008-09 layouts are very unfinished atm

damnn i thought startube and v3 only did 2011 and up the 2008 layout looks a lot better than customtube

There are Websites that are not Related to Youtube but are supposed to look like youtube from the era you want. Like Kamtape (2005 youtube style) Bitview (2010 youtube style)
