Batfamily Character Ages

I was recently doing a deep dive into the age differences between the batfam and other DC characters, as well as figuring out birthdays, and I found that it gets messy very quickly. The most commonly cited example of timeline foolery in the Batman universe is how Tim has been 17 since... forever?... and he never seems to age. However, there are many more discrepancies, which is why I thought this might be a good topic to ask the community about.

As far as I can tell, if Bruce is 41 (which is a big "if"), the other characters' current (Dec 2025) ages in the New-52 canon are as follows:

Alfred is 63, Babs is 29, Dick is 26, Jason and Cass are both 19, Steph is 18, Tim is (of course) 17, Duke is 15, and Damian is still only 10 years old.

My only major problem is that there's no way Damian could be Damian at 10, but I guess we're just suspending our disbelief for that one. (His dad does dress up as a bat to fight crime, so weirder things have happened.) 

Does anyone have any differing ages? Also, does anyone have age charts for other DC properties? I currently have Roy Harper/Arsenal at 27, and I'd like to pinpoint Talia al Guhl's age next.
