My first and ever only visual of seeing a spirit happened when I was only 6 years old. At the time, I lived next door to my grandparents so I would visit them daily. One afternoon I was walking back from their house and when I passed by our late 90s minivan something made me feel compelled to glance over and look inside. As I passed by, I seen what seem up to by a person in the car, rather a young boy who was sitting in my car seat. Being so young and completely mind blown I waved to him hoping it was just my own reflection of some kind. When he started waving back, I could believe my eyes, still I continued to walk back home. Something still didn’t feel right and told me to look back to the boy, but he was gone.

Wow that's freaky! I wonder why he chose to reveal himself to you and was sitting your car seat like that.

Damn I saw a ghost when I was 6 and that "feeling of to look" happened to me too, its so weird...I think I posted a story but it was a bulletin..I forget (and if so, it's gone now).
But my cousins use to live right next door to our grandparents too. When my pop died from Cancer my youngest cousins who were like 1 and 3-4 at the funeral, the 3-4 year old said she met a little girl as we lowered our grandfather down and that she was sent by our grandfather to make sure she wasn't sad. It was a very "odd" name not a common name "sharlina" or something like that and she would play with this other girl, but no one else could see her.
Then another time both my younger cousins saw our grandfather sitting in his ute that was still at the front of our grandparents house.
Then the younger cousin who was a bit older now went outside randomly around midnight for whatever reason and our grandfather was at the gate. This cousin wasn't old enough to remember/understand how our pop was but my cousin said pop said "What are you doing out here dickhead?" and I can confirm that is 100% what he would say hahaha if he was still alive.
So while some of my family believe in it...whenever stuff like this happened, they would play it off as explainable (it was just a dream etc). So eventually my cousins invisible friend disappeared but then my cousin also had some strange things happen to her many years later (hearing voices to kill herself, otherwise her family would suffer) she also use to "growl" at salt lamps...but shes since had a kid and its all stopped and such..so not sure what happened there...
