Is it Wrong to dress goth but listen to punk?

Funny thing is that goth is a spin-off of punk, as strange as that seems to me...there's nothing wrong with dressing a certain way and listening to music that doesn't "match". You could have a gothic style, but I would not personally say you *are* goth--as in, being in the subculture-- unless you also listen to post-punk darkwave ect. Hope this makes sense

No it’s not wrong I do the same thing but I also listen to a lot of rock music
