Me personally 

(you dont have to answer some of these, especially because some kinda have some of the same characters n stuff)

(I did not include Furys rage/Freddy in space 2/help wanted/special delivery)

Fnaf 1: Chica

Fnaf 2: Toy chica

Fnaf 3: phantom mangle

Fnaf 4: Nightmarionne or jack-o-chica

Fnaf world: Adventure shadow freddy

Sister location: ballora or lolbit

Freddy Fazbears Pizzeria Simulator: LEFTYYYY <33333

Custom night: Rockstar freddy ( I like his voice )

Security Breach: GLAMROCK CHICA

fnaf ruin: ruined sundrop/moondrop

Into the pit: spring bonnie

Other/special mention: I think all of the rockstar characters were super fire and I wish we got more from them. Also every fnaf 4 scared the flip out of me when I was younger.

This was so hard to pick my favs but if I had to choses I would say

Fnaf 1: Foxy

Fnaf 2: Mangle 

Fnaf 3: Springtrap/Phantom foxy (can you tell who my fav is yet/j)

Fnaf 4: Nightmarionne

Fnaf World: Golden Freddy

Sister location: funtime foxy/ballora

Pizza simulator: security puppet/scrap baby ( this was so hard to pick, I love them all T-T )

Custom night: Rockstar foxy ( I love his little parrot )

Security Breach: Glamrock Freddy/DJ MUSIC MAN

Ruin: Roxy

Into the pit: havent watched or played it yet (its been out for forever i really need to watch a playthrough)

Special mentions: Pretty much every Foxy or Puppet character :3

Sister location was when I really got into Fnaf so it was so hard to pick
