This was so hard to pick my favs but if I had to choses I would say

Fnaf 1: Foxy

Fnaf 2: Mangle 

Fnaf 3: Springtrap/Phantom foxy (can you tell who my fav is yet/j)

Fnaf 4: Nightmarionne

Fnaf World: Golden Freddy

Sister location: funtime foxy/ballora

Pizza simulator: security puppet/scrap baby ( this was so hard to pick, I love them all T-T )

Custom night: Rockstar foxy ( I love his little parrot )

Security Breach: Glamrock Freddy/DJ MUSIC MAN

Ruin: Roxy

Into the pit: havent watched or played it yet (its been out for forever i really need to watch a playthrough)

Special mentions: Pretty much every Foxy or Puppet character :3

Sister location was when I really got into Fnaf so it was so hard to pick

Is a bit hard because i like a lot of characters because their design or the way the are a thread, but lets see:

FNAF2.- Withered Bonnie, Withered Golden Freddy or Puppet. One of those 3

FNAF3.- Springtrap LOL

FNAF4.- Humm, i think Nightmare Shadow Freddy (i dont remember hes name xd)

FNAFSL.- Ennard

PS(FNAF6).- Maybe Lefty

UCN.- I guess all the previous ones plus Rockstar Freddy

After UCN i lost track of the new games (also i couldnt play them) and it would be ¿unfair? say my fav characters of a game i didnt play (¬_¬ )
