i just think that it's really cool that, at least for me, all the characters were relatable in a way. i saw myself in all of them in at least some way. i have felt like daisuke before, like a useless naive piece of shit whos been thrust into serious work not knowing what to do. i related to anya in the way of being scared of one particular person constantly aand being completely overwhelmed. I have related to curly in the way of being a leader and feeling like everything's falling apart. i've related to swansea in the way that at least in the beginning hes just a grumpy old man lol. even though im not old that seems quite relatable if i do say so myself. even jimmy... hes relatable which makes him all the more scarier. the fact that weve all known someone like him. obviously i dont relate to the part of needing to be controlling of everything and everyone and raping people among other evil stuff, but hes not like some outlandish unbelievable completely psychopathic villain, hes someone you could deal with in real life.

i agree. i mostly relate to anya and daisuke. honestly i see jimmy as a bojack type character which is part of the reason i think hes rlly well written. yeah the fandom doesnt like him, but they aren't supposed to
