Um so guys anytime throughout my life that i have tried to do any type of sport, regardless of wether or not i enjoy it i find it hard to keep doing it so how do i fix that? Usually ppl say 'just do it regardless of wether you feel motivated or not' or 'just keep showing up' which is great an all but eventually i'll give up regardless and idk how to stop myself from giving up. I am not a sports person at all but i do wish to change that bc um its not only good for physical health its also good for mental health. I'm sure i sound just lazy or sth but i have tried really really hard and each time i try i try to keep doing it and enjoy it since if you enjoy sth it doesn't feel like you have to do it, atleast it shouldn't..

So um how do ya'll get trough this, do i just need to keep trying different things until sth works? Maybe idk invite someone to do it with me tho if the other person isn't motivated i really won't be either..or um idk in summer i did go ride my bike each evening which is not a lot but its something and i did that for the whole summer pretty much andenjoyed it but then winter came and now there's ice on the ground and i would rather keep my bones unbroken but yeah..

So if you have any suggestions on what you would do in my situation or have done or idk stuff like that i'd be happy to hear about them.'

Hmmm..it's hard to find a sport you really like and I understand sports are not for some people but! There are so many different sports that aren't even popular I'm sure if you looked those up instead of the normal boring stuff then you would probably find a sport you like! Or if not there are so many things you can do at home! I play floor hockey at my house and all you need is legs, arms (and more body parts) a ball and a hockey stick you can get on Amazon for cheap! And if not that you can always stick to working out with a simple work out tutorial! I this is helpful!

It’s hard to find a sport you like if you don’t try different ones. How will you know what you like and what you don’t? Also, I think it’s pointless to focus only on one sport. Why not mix different things? If you want a good workout plan website, I suggest the fitness app madmuscles. Pick a plan for 1-2 workouts a week. You can add yoga, swimming, or running. Variety is what helps keep interest.
