https://www.cursors-4u.com has really cute ones! just choose any cursor you like there and grab the code and paste it inside <style></style>
i usually go for the first code on the tumblr option because that works best for me. if it doesnt for you, you can always try the one below or even the 'Blogger/Blogspot' option.
