its so sad because my gf used to be really affectionate and texted me a ton and was really eager to hang out but after about a month of dating she suddenly became kind of dry and never texted me first
it also takes her hours to reply (if not days) and she never makes time to meet me, but she continues to meet with other people

That's rough, I've kind of experienced the same thing :') it's always quite frustrating when you're the one putting the effort into the relationship and they aren't reciprocating </3
It's maybe possible she wants to break up with you and doesn't really how or smth?? Some folks do that and just kind of ending up ghosting you.

Yea thats weird behavior, maybe she could be going through something BUT most likely she would tell u bc u guys are dating, and also the fact if seeing other ppl but u is very weird.
texting or responding to others isnt hard AT ALL and takes like less an 10 seconds, i see a lot of red flags so just start detaching a little and then see if this goes on, if it does then just confront her and be honest, talk it out.
