Hey everyone,
Lately, Iβve been thinking a lot about how societyβs obsession with always being "on" is kind of exhausting. Whether itβs keeping up with social media, grinding 24/7, or just trying to appear like you have it all together, it feels like there's this constant pressure to never slow down.
But hereβs the thing β itβs not realistic. No one can be βonβ all the time without burning out. So, whatβs the deal? Are we pushing ourselves too hard to keep up with this never-ending hustle culture? Or is it just a matter of finding balance?
What do you all think? Do you feel the pressure to always be on, or do you think itβs overrated? Letβs talk about it.
