Hey everyone,
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how society’s obsession with always being "on" is kind of exhausting. Whether it’s keeping up with social media, grinding 24/7, or just trying to appear like you have it all together, it feels like there's this constant pressure to never slow down.

But here’s the thing – it’s not realistic. No one can be β€œon” all the time without burning out. So, what’s the deal? Are we pushing ourselves too hard to keep up with this never-ending hustle culture? Or is it just a matter of finding balance?

What do you all think? Do you feel the pressure to always be on, or do you think it’s overrated? Let’s talk about it.
