Is percocet and seroquel dangerous together :,)

I took my percs to ease my body and I took Seroquel with it, and my other antipsychotics and now I feel way higher than usual, is it dangerous? lmfao

if any of yall take any of these pills as well can yall give me tips for when taking them is ideal like a routine or what to take them with, they make my stomach upset lol
