Honestly idk if i should put this under stories or art or writing but oh well..
Anyway I have been working on the world my characters live in lately since before i had basically nothing exept the concept i guess?
SO UHH I made them a map to help me better understand what is where and all, here it is:
It is very um basic but whatever
I have also made descriptions on three countries from that made up world (excuse my lack of being able to write interestingly, i did not try to make theese very interesting apart from the overall concept and i wrote all this to understand my world better)
Merall
Overall description: Merall used to be a paradise, land there was great for farmkeeping and there was hardly any bad weather but somehow the plants never lacked water and people there were always positive. Until, as outsiders say, it was cursed by the Gods. It's mostly water with a few islands here and there. People tha live there could be hardly called people. Merall is known as the cursed land that outsiders fear to step foot in. However people who do live there aren't living that bad. There is plenty of fish all around, that is what makes this place so appealing. There is a lot of rare and expensive fish in that place and there are also beautiful hills and such that hikers find very appealing. Some people also go there just to show bravery.
There's near constant storms in Merall. The waters are full of dangers. Monsters lurking deep in the water, huge fish everywhere. Some sea creatures are so big you might mistake them for an island and that's how they'll get you.
Since Merall is so cut off from the rest of the world that many old tribes still live there to this day making even the little land there is left dangerous aswell.

Overall description: Skastis is the ‘paradise country’ at the moment however the only paradise there is the main city (which is actually called after the country just prounounced slightly differently) where the angels and bird people live. Despite the chilly climate most people living there posess some kind of flying ability. Others who don’t just got used to the cold weather. The birdpeople use their flying ability totheir advantage, travelling what would take others days in just a few hours. Skastis looks absolutely magnificent, it’s like heaven on earth, you can find both busy citylife and old buildings left there by the first of the first. Some theorize that they were build by the Gods or giants, others say it was the aliens. Truth is no one knows exactly how it all came together there. The city itself is built so high that without wings it would be very difficult to reach. That serves as an advantage on keeping it safe and also gives a great overview to the closeby cities, towns and even countries!
However life in Skastis is not all perfect, sure there’s the newest technology and so much food you’d never have to think about hunger, let alone worry about it, the community is poor there, people don’t communicate with each other much. The traditions have been long forgotten, people have turned their hearts as cold as the weather. Money is what matters the most there, though even the poorest in this city is most likely the richest any other country really.

Still Skastis is a desired place, people travel weeks just to get there. Cities are full of life 24/7 and even if peoples’ own community is falling apart they are still kind to foreigners, afterall, tourism is their main source of income.
The city residents have a way of ‘disposing’ criminals or those who are against the system which consists of throwing them down the high off the city, those who have wings will have them injured beyond repair or just cut off entirely. That means the ground is full of very angry and dangerous people. Those who have survived that is. Some have decided to live in peace, joining little cities and towns or creating new ones.

Overall description: Takotara is a very warm country , literally and figuratively. The country itself is an island surrounded by water however the water around it is extremely warm so residents there have to find ways to cool it. Cooling consists of getting ice from countries with colder climate or storing food and water deep underground so the sun won't instantly warm it up. Most food people get there are from animals so they are almost fully carnivores however they also get food from other countries so there are no known cannibals living in Takotara. Despide the slight hunger problem people in Takotara are really kind and warm. The country in itself is not poor at all, deep underground are are valuable resources and some of the few plants there have the ability to heal. People in Taketara view traditions and taking care of each other before anything else above all else and do not understand why people would sacrifice their own kind for materialistic wishes.
That is all i got for now about that one, i wrote it out very quickly out of boredom in school lmao

what should i change? what to add? uhh idk one day imma make this whole world feel like an actual world, that means a lot of details...
