I felt this way going into 2023, that I would have a bunch of goals and I would achieve them all. but... I achieved none of them :/ And I also went into this year with the goal of just to live my life and do what I want and just have a good time and not let anyone hold me down. to say the least this year has been incredible ^^ so I hope 2025 will be a great year for you because I have high hopes!
I am sorry you are going through hair loss, as a guy with long hair myself I'm sure that must be rough.
