Is it ok to use a Youtube link for invisible background music or does it have any consequences?

This might be a really dumb question, and I apologize for that. But I only recently started to use html and i'm really unsure of many things. :(

I added background music to my profile page with a invisible link from YouTube.

But now I was wondering if its ok to use it or not. Will I get in trouble for this?

Because there is only music in the background, and no video and ads

If its not allowed to use than I'll remove the music from my profile.
