Yeah, any jerk who says that doesn't deserve you

Trust me I've had a guy I loved say it to me too. 

It's hurtful

But when you meet a guy that genuinely has unstoppable feelings for you, nothing would stop him from commitment. 

Anybody reading this: Don't ever let a guy who blames his miscommunication on exams or work or outside life talk to you.
