Making fantroll designs

I have a bit of a problem i need help with. I’m not an artist at all, but i want to visually represent my fantrolls. I got docs where Ive written down everything about them, and moodboards too! But idk how to put that into art… (-~-)

Are there any makers that i could use? Like picrews and dressups i mean. Or i mean i DO have photoshop (affinity photo technically) and gimp, if there are any tutorials a complete n00b could follow
