Does anyone have any layout recs that use a lot of gifs?

Hello all,

I am looking for a layout that lets you use a lot of gifs in various parts of the layout (ie headers, icons, background, other random places on the screen haha). I've been searching for a while but most layouts seem to not use images for the section headers and backgrounds.

I know I can edit the HTML but I don't know how yet ;;
