there's this obscure genre where the vocalist just talks instead of singing, while loud and noisy music plays in the background (almost drowning the vocalist). can anyone tell me what is this genre called?? thanks!
ps. i can't really give an example bcs i only find this specific style of music during intros or outros of songs.... but im pretty sure there are songs that are entirely this!!!

it's sort of hard to find songs like those but im sure they're usually found in punk.

the intro of this song is the kind im looking for!
but yeah the song from the previous reply can also be included in the genre im talking abt! im specifically tryna find ones where the instruments are kind of shoegaze-y, like with distortions and sad-ish vocals ^^
