It's been 2 years since I discovered the Scene subculture and 1 year since I discovered myself Scene. It turns out that I don't have much means to buy the subculture's clothes, so I improvise with kandi bracelets, old all-stars and other things. Can you give me tips on how to improvise and where I can buy cheap clothes? (Sites that export clothes to Brazil, please♡)

I understand it might be overwhelming to strat from scratch, but dw abt it! I usually make my own clothes by cutting them, painting them or making new accessories with randum things! Usually, at dollar stores around halloween, there are lots of stuff like tutus, fishnets, accessories, etc... I also go to the thrift store for tank tops, graphic shirts and accessories.
