Sharing layouts is disabled?

i think it was because all the gore raids. hope they bring it back soon

I miss finding all the awesome layouts by so many talented people making them. Now the whole layouts section is just filled with gif codes and music player codes and no new layouts are posted anymore. I hope people will start making layouts again, I can only use my old favorite layouts for so long before I want a fresh, new look on my profile that I've never had before.
