how can i be emo w strict parents?

HII!! I was emo for YEARS now, and I just always felt the need to express my style, but my parents didn't let me. Like, I only tried to style my hair so it looks emo but still the same time doesn't for my parent's sake, and I wear band tees with some blue skinny jeans. But thats not really enough!!!! I'm an Emo kid in CYPRUS too so there's no hot topic thingies can someone help, if you can?
