Man, Terraria is so cool. It's hard to get all my friends on to do a playthrough, and they usually burn out before we even finish!

I've had an idea that a really cool playthrough would be manually flood every single tile with a tool like tedit, haven't figured out how to do that though.

It would totally change the balance and play of certain items. You'd have to make potions before you could even begin to venture underground.

I recently got Terraria because of Christmas and wow, it's got a much better gameplay loop than Minecraft.
I feel like both games have a place in gaming, but Terraria is just cooler.

As for my progress;
I've beaten the Eye of Cthulu multiple times, beaten Skeletron, and killed a couple of Eaters of Worlds.
Also killed them all relatively easily. (Especially the Eaters of Worlds since I've got the
Blue Moon and two pieces of Shadow Armor.)

I'll probably try and handle more of the Corruption before killing the Wall of Flesh and entering hard mode so it doesn't spread like crazy afterwards.
