interests section on different browsers/accounts

I've been trying to help my friend piece together a profile, and I'm having trouble getting the interests section titles to actually change for different users.

For example: right now, this test profile (polaris's Profile | SpaceHey) has nothing but code to change the interest title names in its about me section. When logged into that account and I view the profile, it looks like what I wanted (see image). When logged out or viewing from another account, the interest titles are not changed.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
