Any advice on OCs??

usually i try to use scenario generators if you already have an oc idea, because story-writing/lore can definitely help a lot with character design if your fursona is still in development xd 

with the generators though, if you don't exactly like what they give you, you can always adjust it to your liking! like for mine, one of them was "harriet and mollie go to the store". obviously that's basic, so why not add onto it? it is optional but it helps a lot!! ^^

there is this cool account on bluesky that posts randomized furry oc character descriptions every hour. You could skim through them and pick out one or more that you like and make them into your fursona or OC. Obviously you don't have to use every trait from the post, it's just a nice way to get the creative juices flowing.

I typically think of some characteristics I want for the character and that helps influence what animal they are and how they look. Playing with some character creators or dress up games can also help give you ideas, like what their outfit(s) should be. It's a playground for creativity!

I like to let the characters influence the actions. Like what would this character and that character do if they were to interact. Maybe you should think of reasons why they should have a certain relationship. Like I have two characters that used to be friends but now they hate each other because of reasons. That leads to plenty of interesting encounters between them!
