Hypersexuality?

I’m trying to stop that and yeah. Things I noticed helped were cleaning, doing skin care/putting on lotions or makeup, going outside, being off the phone less, signing up on social media and talking with friends, really anything to distract yourself! And if you relapse it’s okay because you were trying and just try and try again until you get out. You’re not a horrible person for doing that. It’s just a really unhealthy and can drive people away.
