Profile Pic not working

i'm experiencing the same issue :/

yeah same idk why its not working... maybe its like a bug and theyre fixing it ive tried multiple diff images to see if it works and it wont.

yeah I have been trying different pictures all day and it just isn't working at all for me

typically, internet sites convert .pngs live to .jpgs. this being a retro site, it probably won't accept them as is. throw them through a png > jpg converter and I bet it'll work. gonna try the same thing. 

Have you guys figured anything out yet? I'm trying rn and it's not working, I even tried doing what the last person said and converting it to png but it didn't help.

I had the same issue, clear your website cache and log back in; that worked for me!

Ive been having  the same issue ive been trying to uplpoad a pfp for like 2 hours 

hi all i think i know the issue. your profile pics are being uploaded to spacehey but as the user you cannot see your own profile. i was very confused myself when it wasn't working but then i see everyone on this thread has a profile pic. i then went on my phone to check the pic and it was there. i think they need to fix it for the owner to see their profile but everyone else could see it no issue. hope that clears it up :^)

i am also running into the same issue. a previous user had mentioned clearing your cache, but i use a browser that does not collect/store data, so there is no cache to clear. 

i first ran into this issue ~24 hours ago. i initially had a pfp, but tried to change it, but the new file doesnt show. i tried waiting a few hours and trying again, but no avail. 

i viewed my profile from an incognito window, and my pfp does display when searching for my profile, but it does not display on my actual profile. but i do see other’s pfp who are experince the same issue as me?
