Campers Beware!

!!IF YOU ARE CAMPING ALONE IN OR AROUND THE APPALACHIAN MOUNTAINS PLEASE RECONSIDER!!

Alright, so the other week I decided to go camping after not having done so in maybe a good decade. Well the time comes and I'm set up. The entire time I felt as if I was being watched, and for whatever reason my lanterns and flashlight were flickering, but I figured I was just being paranoid and the batteries were going out. Though that night while I was trying to sleep, I was woken up by noises outside of my tent, I was too tired to figure out what the noises were but it sounded sort of like grunting? Not human grunting, sort of animalistic grunting, maybe like a bear or something. Now this may come as a surprise, but I did not want to be a bears dinner. Despite my worry, I decided to stay quiet and try to fall asleep, I figured there's a good chance the bear wouldn't find a way in or if it did, it would think I was dead or something. Either way I successfully fell asleep, and as you can probably tell, I wasn't harmed for the most part. Though there are scratch marks on my legs, though the scratches weren't too bad, it didn't cause bleeding or anything, so I just figured that whatever animal was out there somehow got its claws in enough to scratch me.

I decided to go home that morning, figure I've had enough camping for this decade. Well that night, even though I was home, I woke up again in the middle of the night, hearing the same noises from the camping trip, though muffled from being outside. The strange thing is that it sounded like it was right outside of my window. This time I was more scared, because how on God's green earth did this thing follow me home. I tried reasoning that it can't harm me because I'm inside and it's outside, which did actually help in calming me a bit. There's a lot of bears in my area so maybe it wasn't the same bear from the other night. Now you might be thinking, "That's nothing. That doesn't warrant a whole forum" well the funny thing is, this has been happening for a good week now. And the electronics in my home have been messing up as well, and I know damn well the bills have been paid. So I figure that camping in those mountains must've caused this, somehow. I admit that I don't really know, but better safe than sorry. I don't know about folklore or anything and I'm not religious but I'm freaked the fuck out. I'll update this forum with any future events but if you have any idea of what I'm dealing with please reach out to me.

If the writing or pacing of this post was off I sincerely apologize, I haven't been getting the best sleep lately (go figure) and I'll admit that I'm pretty scared. Like I said before, if you're reading this and you know literally anything, no matter how small the detail, please please let me know

I have a plan to make this stop, or at least a way to improve my physical and mental health. I'm experimenting with a sort of nocturnal sleep schedule, I figured maybe it doesn't come out during the day or something so I guess I'll see if that works. Another thing, last night I saw it out my window, I managed to capture a photo of it but the damn camera must've broke or something so I'm very sorry for the poor quality
