Tips to meet new people

Like online or irl? BC I just add ppl whos profiles I like

I guess both, just ways to make new friends, online or irl

Find common intrests and start there. 

online is so absurdly easy, you can easily find people with the same interests as you, irl its pretty hard but there are still some ways

if you have a hobby then go to a place were other people with the same hobby hang out (for example if you really like music then maybe a record store or even a place with instruments, also local band stuff) 

if you like games then game shops, local tournaments, something along those lines, etc.

if you regularly show up at such places then someone will eventually talk to you, or you might build up confidence to talk to someone, i recommend the second though tbh
