you should draw the skeleton first!! Not really like the actual bones of the little guy but mainly where the joints and muscles go but like really simplified like this

if you want to draw them in a different pose all you need to do is adjust the skeleton a bit, that will also mainly be your (rough) sketch. If you adjust the position of the arms and legs and move the hips a bit and do this a lot you will get the hang of it and know how long your limbs should be in what position.

You should also use a reference all the time, use yourself as a reference, open pintrest i just recommend using pictures from real life instead of other drawings even though they may be easier in the beginning
then after you’ve drawn the skeleton to desired pose you can add the details, its a lot easier with baggy clothes and such as the imperfections of the skeleton aren’t as obvious but challenge yourself too!!
