So after looking through the net maybe my search query isn't worded right, does this have a specific name other than blinkies. Here's an example https://www.cameronsworld.net/ I would like to find those little gif type "blinkies" is there a place ? Most were salvaged from geocities but I haven't found anything relevant in neocities. Help? Much appreciated.

GIF type blinkies? You mean just GIFs or banners or blingees (which are also GIFs). There's also tiny pixels.
