Spacehey being used for business purposes [closed]

I've recently seen some very strange accounts, like a guy selling hashish/cannabis and some profiles promoting AI assistants

why would anyone want to promote in a small niche community website like spacehey?

are they bots? are they slowly taking up the website to fill it with slop?
