rock vocaloid song reccomendations??

there are quite literally tens of thousands of vocarock (and thousands of vocametal) songs out there! i’d recommend looking through the rock and metal tags on VocaDB to start exploring!

SOME great vocarock producers:

• Neru - possibly the definition of vocarock! known for legendary songs like Tokyo Teddy Bear, World Domination How-To, Lost One’s Weeping, Abstract Nonsense, Law-Evading Rock, and so, so, so many more!
• DECO*27 - definitely the biggest vocarock producer, and for good reason! he’s contributed so much to miku’s image, it’s crazy. known for legendary songs like HIBANA, Two Breaths Walking, Ghost Rule, Mozaik Role, MKDR, Otome Kaibou, Streaming Heart, Yowamushi Mont Blanc, Android Girl, and soooo many more. I would be here all day if I listed EVERY famous Deco song.
• wowaka - a classic legendary vocaloid producer, absolutely shaking the foundation of vocaloid with his incredible album Unhappy Refrain. his most well-known songs include Rolling Girl, Two-Sided Lovers, Unhappy Refrain, World’s End Dancehall, and Unknown Mother Goose.
• Kairiki bear - Venom, Darling Dance, and Bug are his most famous, but he’s got tons and tons of great songs! an amazing producer with a super unique musical and lyrical style.
• ryo - the producer who almost singlehandedly kick-started hatsune miku’s popularity 17 years ago! hes done songs of multiple genres, but his greatest rock songs are definitely Black★Rock Shooter, Love is War and Look This Way, Baby.
• HACHI - now popularly known as Kenshi Yonezu, one of the most famous Japanese music artists currently, he used to make vocaloid songs (and recently came back with a remake of one of his greatest vocaloid hits, actually!). a few of his most famous vocaloid songs include Matryoshka, Sand Planet, Donut Hole, and Panda Hero!
• KurageP - most famous songs include Chururira Chururira Daddadda!, Hate It! Hate It! Huge Ego!, and of course My R. he has a lot of great rock songs on his album Diary of Underage Observation (possibly one of the most terribly mistranslated album titles!).

some softer rock producers:

• Inabakumori - soooo many great songs, oh my god. most famous include Lagtrain, Rainy Boots, Lost Umbrella, and Denki Yohou!
• MikitoP - he has so many hit songs!! the most famous are probably ROKI, 1 2 Fanclub, Shoujo Rei, Shinzou Democracy, Setsuna Plus, but there’s also many more.
• balloon - most famous songs are Charles, Rain and Petra, Pamela, Hana ni Kaze, and Miseen!

and finally, vocametal producers!

• UtsuP - the most well-known vocametal producer by a long shot! most famous songs include MiKUSABBATH, Corpse Attack!!, Poster Girl’s Prank, Fools Are Attracted to Anomaly, and many more!
• Yuyoyuppe - the producer of the popular kawaii metal band Babymetal, but also a vocarock/metal producer! most well-known songs are Palette, Leia, and vivid!
• OkameP - im actually not that well-versed in vocametal, sorry!! but OkameP is definitely one of the few big names in the very small scene. heres their vocadb page if u want to explore their songs!!

obviously theres like a gajillion more vocarock producers but those are just some!! vocaDB helps a lot for discovering new songs! happy listening!! :D
