I found this website quite some time ago and recently remembered that it exists, so I've decided to share the link I found here.

From what I can tell, it looks like you can have custom low (6.5 - 7.5 inch rise) or even ultra low rise (6 inch rise or less) jeans made from this company using your measurements and specified rise measurements. :)
I'm personally considering giving this website a try someday, especially given how hard it can be to find actual low/ultra low rise jeans these days and especially if you're around a size 0/24 in women's like I am, where clothes shopping in general is generally frustrating because smaller sizes aren't as commonly stocked/produced as those just a few sizes above mine.
