If you really want cheap stuff, aliexpress, if u want second hand (and live in germany, netherlands, uk, belgium) try vinted, if not look at depop, sellpy. but you most likley wont find anything under "visual kei" you'll have to just search up key terms like "victorian" for example. Or you can try Taobao using a proxy site (superbuy, pandabuy)
